Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. During the peak holiday season (November and December), we recommend ordering early to ensure your items arrive in time for your celebrations.
Are Mr. Christmas products covered by a warranty?
Yes, all of our mechanical and musical decor items come with a 90-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects to ensure your displays run smoothly all season long.
What is your return policy for seasonal items?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase, provided the items are in their original packaging. Please note that items purchased on clearance are considered final sale.
Do your animated music boxes and trees require batteries?
Product power requirements vary; most of our larger animated pieces include an AC adapter, while smaller tabletop figurines are battery-operated for easy placement anywhere in your home.
Can I use Mr. Christmas outdoor decorations in extreme weather?
Our outdoor-rated products are designed to withstand normal winter conditions, including light snow and rain. However, we recommend bringing them inside during severe storms or high-wind events to preserve their finish.
