At Mr. Christmas, we want your holiday season to be filled with joy and wonder. If you are not completely satisfied with your festive décor, you can return your items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the holiday items you wish to send back.

  Package with Care

  Place the items in their original decorative packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box with sufficient padding to prevent breakage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund within 7-10 business days of receipt.
